After a multi-country pilot Aura has been appointed to run the Global Customer Experience programme for the PSA Groupe. The programme will take the Groupe’s 5 brands on the next stage in their drive to improve the customer experience at every point on the customer journey. The first stage of 3 years will involve the launch of some new and exciting services and technologies in the social media, ratings and review and text analytics arenas in addition to upgrades on platforms and modules. The programme is rolling out to over 50 countries
