Global Automotive Technology Firm Marque Group Acquires UK Customer Experience Agency

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM 24 August 2018 — International automotive technology organisation Marque Group today announces its purchase of Aura Corporation, as part of its strategic growth in the region.
Aura Corporation joins Marque Group’s other UK entities – Vital Software UK and THREE60 CRM (previously MDF Database Solutions) – in the growing suite of data chain solutions to the automotive sales and aftersales sectors. Its other companies include Vital Software Australia, as well as trade loyalty platform Smart Loyalty, based in both Australia and New Zealand.
Aura Corporation provides specialised customer experience solutions and insights to vehicle manufacturers, public sector operators and financial institutions, with experience spanning 21 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Buckinghamshire and with offices in Germany, the company conducts over 5 million customer surveys per year, and has been recognised with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade (Export). The business provides research, consultancy, insight analysis, customer experience software platforms, qualitative data management and BI reporting, helping their clients increase customer loyalty and make sound, data-backed business decisions.
