LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM 14th January 2019 — As part of a string of innovative new products in the customer experience arena, aura has partnered with Erdil to combine text analytics and platform software to enable Brands and their retailers to get real-time feeds of insight into customer feedback on their services and products.
This new service is available in 12 different languages and is planned to be deployed to existing customers in Europe by April of this year. “Our initial foray into text analytics two years ago provided an affordable first step for our clients to start to interpret the large amount of customer verbatims they receive from surveys, social media and Customer Service interactions. Thus, adding depth, texture and colour to customer feedback in addition to the performance statistics we provide to retailers. We now have a more sophisticated product capable of delivering live feeds with in-depth analysis and action planning at outlet and national level using Erdil’s unique processing power.” says Mike Trotman Managing Director of aura.
