We currently have a vacancy for a Business Intelligence Analyst based in our UK office in Beaconsfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Operations team in supporting our Clients across the automotive, travel and banking sectors. The role offers an excellent opportunity to take on a broad variety of responsibilities covering quality, process, database and reporting.

This is a key role involving data management and reporting with responsibility for ensuring that the full impact of business change on dependant processes and systems are understood by carrying out structured analysis where necessary. The role also includes the production and Quality Control (QC) of reports for national and regional customer satisfaction programmes. This will include the creation and implementation of various QC checks on new programmes along with maintenance of existing processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with creation of a product testing schedule, to ensure ongoing quality throughout.

The chosen candidate will have a strong focus on quality, with a high attention to detail.  A motivated and driven individual who is technically-minded, with sound knowledge and experience of SQL, VBA and Excel.

The candidate will have an understanding of the implications of GDPR and will receive training on GDPR compliance as it relates to the business.

Main Accountabilities:

Developing, testing, improving and maintaining in-house applications and data

Design data structures and QC processes that sit alongside IT systems and processes

Document new and existing processes and systems

Write and optimise SQL queries

Provide 2nd Level support and work collaboratively with others on application and system issues

Skills and Experience:

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Experience in MS SQL and other database systems

SQL knowledge to an intermediate standard

Advanced understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite
