aura is launching innovative Customer Experience programmes across Central and South America deploying the newest version of Supersite V5.

The initiative is designed to improve the Sales and Service Customer Experience of a global leading automotive manufacturer. A series of National Programmes will harvest customer opinion and deliver detailed feedback to each individual Dealer as well as insight to the distributors. Dealers will be trained to manage individual customer feedback in real-time and to create their own improvement plans using the interactive Action Planning module. Broad ranging customer feedback, including verbatim comments, will provide real insight into identifying development issues as well as examples of best practice.
